Message	I had to adjust my actuators a few times under the car as I had a housing bolt strip out a little and caused the wastegate bracket to flex. I got the bolt fixed (which isn't fun from under the car) and had to reset the wastegates using the air compressor and boost gauge. The flapper arm seemed to move with no problem. Also if it was hitting the downpipe, wouldn't your boost go higher then? as in it would act like the wastegate is not opening?
